About me

Who I am

My name is Julia, my friends call me Julinha. I was born in Brazil but I’m currently based in New Orleans, a vibrant city that I love. I have a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and have studied abroad in London and Buenos Aires, which is why I speak 3 languages.

The instinct to be useful wherever the problem is, rather than staying inside a job description is why my path looks a little unconventional, in my resume you see roles from project manager, partner relations, to product manager, SaaS implementation, customer success, UX writing…

This non direct path is a strength that allows me to see connections in complex systems, as well as placing human use in the center of everything I build.

Core frameworks

These days, that instinct comes down to a few ways of thinking I keep coming back to. I treat constraints as part of the design, not a problem to patch around later.

I use agentic AI to compress the grunt work so I can spend my attention on the interpretation and the decision, not the busywork.

None of that replaces stakeholder alignment. Every system I’ve touched only worked because the people running it understood and trusted what was changing, so I still default to communicating and documenting.

Systems thinking is what ties it together: I try to see the whole loop: the data, the process, the compliance requirement, the person on the other end of it, instead of optimizing one piece and quietly breaking another.
